Mediante el proceso terapéutico se le permitió a los consultantes plasmar su vida por medio de escritos creativos, pinturas y dibujos, identificando sentimientos frente al abandono parental infantil que han influido directa o indirectamente en la forma de ver el mundo, asumir su vida y su relaciones interpersonales; siendo el resultado final, un cuento, donde cada uno narra como logra iniciar un proceso de adquisición de herramientas que le permitan hacer una resignificación de experiencias, y a su vez realizar nuevas proyecciones en su proyecto de vida.Letters that release, was a project that allowed us to show how creative writing can be used as a genealogic therapeutic process. This, by providing spaces to participants to tell their family stories in a free and relaxed way. Through this exercise, participants identified and understood how their ancestors left them a life path, which they were required to understand in a respectful and lovely way without any judgment. In this therapeutic process, participants made a life portrait through creative texts, paintings, and drawings. The above, allowed them to identify hard feelings they had regarding parental childhood neglect which have influenced directly or not their world perspectives as well as their interpersonal relationships and how they have assumed their own lives.
