El análisis se centra en cómo el sector de la construcción, incluyendo el subsector de la vivienda, contribuye al PIB del país, evaluando si tiene un impacto en la formalización laboral y el comportamiento del desempleo, y si es afectado por la inflación. Para evaluar la importancia de cada variable en el desempeño del sector, la investigación incluye una revisión teórica exhaustiva, análisis de regresión y pruebas estadísticas.This document examines how Colombia's economic growth during the period 2010–2023 is related to the construction sector. The analysis focuses on how the construction sector, including the housing subsector, contributes to the country's PIB, assessing whether it impacts labor formalization and unemployment behavior, and whether it is affected by inflation.
