En Colombia se presenta una gran variedad de formas de identificación para cada una de las regiones que conforman nuestro país, pero desafortunadamente en difusión hacia `la gente, de este sentimiento tan valioso, no ha sido lo suficientemente valorado en Colombia. Es por esto que creo en la necesidad de identificar nuestras culturas artes y tradiciones que hacen de Colombia uno de los par ses con mayor número de costumbres representativas dentro del ambiente latinoamericano. Socialmente nuestro medio se ve afectado por una carencia de necesidad de identificar cada persona con su respectiva región o cultura; vemos gente extranjera que hacen notar más su origen que nuestros mismos compatriotas ausentes de cualquier rasgo cultural representativo.Folklore has been today and always the most representative way of naming the set of traditions, arts, beliefs and customs of a people, which identifies it and differentiates it from the rest of the existing regions on our planet.
