Esta entidad solicitó a la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, estudiantes de último semestre para apoyar la administración de los proyectos localizados en el GIT de Gestión Documental Geodésica, debido a que se hacía urgente la organización de la información, como es el caso de los documentos fantasmas los cuales se encontraban registrados en el inventario del almacén, pero al momento de realizar una revisión se descubrió que dichos proyectos se encontraban desaparecidos. Para la corrección de estas falencias, el estudiante junto con la entidad, se encargaron de la creación y la realización de una de metodología que ayudaría en el análisis, recopilación y estructuración de la información procedente de los diversos proyectos, para la implementación de una Tabla de Retención Documental –TRD, esto con el objetivo de crear metadatos que permitan inventariar los archivos que se encuentren dentro del almacén, con el propósito de eliminar cualquier incongruencia que se presente entre los datos obtenidos y el inventario perteneciente al GIT. A su vez se buscaba recopilar la antigua información de los proyectos para su debida clasificación y demostrar la importancia de cada uno de estos trabajos dentro de la institución.This report has the purpose of communicating the processes that were carried out during the development of the work in the internship modality, which were carried out in the Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi - IGAC. This entity requested the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, students of last semester to support the administration of the projects located in the GIT of Geodesic Documentary Management, because the organization of the information was urgent, as it is the case of the ghost documents which were registered in the inventory of the warehouse, but at the moment of carrying out a revision it was discovered that these projects were disappeared.To correct these deficiencies, the student together with the entity, were responsible for the creation and implementation of a methodology that would help in the analysis, compilation and structuring of information from the various projects, for the implementation of a Document Retention Table -TRD, this with the aim of creating metadata to inventory the files that are inside the warehouse, in order to eliminate any inconsistency between the data obtained and the inventory belonging to the GIT.
