Se realizó un recocido total para llevar el material a un estado inicial. Finalizado este proceso se procede a la disolución a una temperatura de 490°C durante una hora, y templados en Quenchant (polímero a base de agua). Para el envejecimiento se establecieron secuencias de temperaturas de 120°C y 190°C y unas variaciones en los tiempos entre 6 y 24 horas. Para obtener más resultados en la investigación de procedió a realizar un re-envejecido a la AA7075 a una temperatura de 160°C y una variación en los tiempos entre 14 y 26 horas. Por último, se realizaron ensayos de dureza, Microdureza, tensión y metalografía a las muestras para así ver los cambios sufridos durante el tratamiento de disolución y envejecido.The solution heat treatment and aging helps to some aluminum alloys to acquire new and better properties.
