Surge como una forma de retribuir a la institución donde comenzó la formación artística del autor y combina la experiencia laboral temprana con los conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera universitaria de música en la Facultad de Artes ASAB. La propuesta pedagógica contempla clases individuales y grupales, ensambles musicales, uso de material didáctico tanto práctico como virtual, y la creación de contenidos audiovisuales en formato tutorial. Además de fortalecer las habilidades docentes del autor, la pasantía permite diseñar y aplicar un programa de formación flexible y adaptado al proceso de cada estudiante, incluyendo herramientas tecnológicas para optimizar la enseñanza. El proyecto busca responder a la pregunta sobre qué metodologías y actividades permiten un desarrollo musical adecuado, potenciando al mismo tiempo el rol del docente como agente transformador.This work presents the development of a teaching internship at the Vida y Arte Foundation in Bogotá, focusing on teaching electric guitar, ear training, and music theory. It emerged as a way to give back to the institution where the author began his artistic training and combines early work experience with the knowledge acquired during his university music degree at the ASAB Faculty of Arts. The pedagogical proposal includes individual and group classes, musical ensembles, the use of both practical and virtual teaching materials, and the creation of audiovisual content in tutorial format. In addition to strengthening the author's teaching skills, the internship allows for the design and implementation of a flexible training program tailored to each student's progress, including technological tools to optimize teaching.
