The image contains a notice about the Decree on the administration of justice, decreed by the President of the Republic Pedro Alcántara Herran, in which it is stipulated by means of 12 chapters each one with different sections the form in which the march in the administration of justice must be promoted for the respective fulfillment of the existing Laws, in such a way that chapter 1 refers to the surveillance that the Governors must exercise on the administration of justice, emphasizing sections related to subjects like the surveillance that the Governors must exercise so that the seats of the judicial power are maintained constantly provided, Chapter 2 then mentions the vigilance that politicians should exercise over the administration of justice, focusing on the vigilance over the political heads of circuit and canton courts, with respect to prisons, notaries, public protocols and the timely and orderly presentation of case reports. Chapter 3 mentions aspects of vigilance that prosecutors must carry out over the administration of justice, with a focus on the superior district courts and the prosecutor of the Supreme Court. For the following chapters, the focus is on the reports of cases of fugitives, judicial dispatches or exhortations, notaries, sentences, power to commute the death penalty, data, notices and reports that must be given by the courts to the Executive Branch, use of the Secretary of the Interior in reports of cases, notices and courts, dispatch of prosecutors in the court of Cundinamarca and finally various provisions on the main topic.
