| dc.description | This article is intended to provide an information tool for obtaining an environmental license, which is based on Decree 2041 of 2014 on environmental licenses, which provides the instructions, entities, and information necessary to carry out the procedures of the licenses. Likewise, the information provided by the environmental authority ANLA (National Authority of Environmental Licenses) is used, since it is fundamental for the drafting of this article.
