Abstract

The image contains a news item about the Passports to vivanderos given in the Republic of Colombia by the Civil and Military Headquarters of the Department of Cundinamarca, this is addressed to the Mayor of Bogota issuing a notice to the same that the Headquarters authorizes the Mayor's Office to continue issuing free safe-conducts to vivanderos and their baggage, in accordance with the provisions of articles 7 and 8 of Decree number 7 of April 17 last, on passports, safe-conducts and military exemptions. It is understood that the safe-conducts of that nature, issued by you prior to the date of the aforementioned Decree, are valid and therefore, must be respected by all the authorities of the Department.
