Arquitectura Empresarial para la Gestión de los Procesos Basada en el Modelo de Referencia TOGAF

Abstract

We present the case study named enterprise architecture to be applied in TECNA I.C.E. Based on ADM of TOGAF it is designed the enterprise architecture of TECNA I.C.E. On preliminary phase stakeholder, requirement, architectural and organization principles are identified. On architecture vision motivation layer’s point of views are presented to understand why are needed investment on system and information technologies to accomplish business strategic objectives. From the business architecture, information systems and technology we get the processes of the company, how the information systems will generate value to the processes and where the information systems will be deployed. In the migration and implementation stage we will share the implementation and adoption strategy over the organization. On implementation governance implementation’s monitoring and supervising are established. Finally, architecture change management is required to assure continuous fulfillment of business needs.
