Resumen
The image contains news about the agreement that gives the city schools $74,480 in nominal income. The Municipality of Bogotá agrees to transfer this capital, which at six percent interest is recognized to the district by the national Government, in order to expand primary education through the establishment of new schools. The transfer will be distributed equally between the boys' and girls' schools of several parishes: Cathedral, Nieves, San Victorino and Santa Bárbara, with $9,310 allocated to each. The Primary Education Council of the district of Bogotá is authorized to invest the interests of this capital in schools, and must submit a verified account to the Municipality every February. In addition, the President of the Municipality is instructed to request the national government to convert nominal income vouchers into privileged income certifications before the end of the month.
