La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del estado de la casa refugio donde se indica los progresos y mejoras que se han conseguido en el ultimo año , con algunas reformas que se han hecho, estado de sus edificios, régimen interior, reclusos, rentas, ingresos extraordinarios, talleres en el departamento de hombres, departamento de mujeres, alimento, vestuarios y los Decretos expedidos por la cámara que se llevo a acabo por el tesorero de la casa.
