Abstract

The image contains news about the Minutes of the first and second session of the Organizing Board of the Celebration of July 20, in which it is mentioned the occurrence of meetings in the hall of the Office of the Mayor of the Municipality, previously convened by the same to organize the celebration of the festivity of July 20. In addition, the appointment of Mr. Higinio Cualla as President, Mr. Germán Silva as Treasurer and Secretary was mentioned, and then the Mayor and Municipal Ombudsman were appointed to meet with the Governor and other matters related to the festivity. In the second session a new meeting is mentioned in which all the members that compose the Organizing Board of the National Festivity met, together with the reading of the minutes verified and approved without any observation, together with other protocol acts for the festivity in mention. Finally, the Mayor stated to the Board that the total amount of the amount available was only four thousand one hundred pesos, distributed as follows: two thousand pesos given by the National Government, one thousand five hundred given by the Department and six hundred pesos by the Municipality.
