Legado de ángeles

Abstract

The thesis "Legacy of Angels" explores the concept of legacy through three perspectives: aesthetic, plastic, and poetic, all linked to the image of the angel. The main objective is to poetize the representation of the angel, examining its visual and emotional impact on humans. The importance of creative materials such as paper and ink is emphasized, as well as temporality and the creative process, to transmit feelings and memories through the image. Writing is considered a plastic medium for encapsulating thoughts and emotions, transforming the experience into a tangible legacy. Legacy is conceived as a trace of past experiences that influence the present. The work also analyzes the image of the angel in the Bible, its role as an icon in symbolic systems of the spirit, and its representation in personal memory. Iconographic aspects such as clothing, color, and jewelry details associated with angels are explored. In addition, the role of paper as a fundamental material in artistic creation and the dissemination of human thought is examined.
