Auction of the house of the Hospital de la Caridad" has resolved the Governor's Office to transfer until the 28th of next September the auction of the house that the Hospital de la Caridad owns in this city, on Calle 2. ͣ, de la Carrera de Bogotá, number 60, and its accessory stores. Bidders are therefore notified of this circumstance, and it is noted that the proposals must be made in accordance with ordinance 771; that the rental of the house annually produces the sum of 240 pesos of eight tenths; that from twelve o'clock on the appointed day, the time when the proposals are opened, proposals and verbal bids are accepted, until two in the afternoon, the time when the highest bidder is awarded the auction, provided that those that up to then are better have been submitted; i that having to consign the vouchers or the money in which the auction is made, within the following twenty-four hours, the auctioneer must immediately give a bankruptcy guarantor to the satisfaction of the Provincial Board, before which the auction is verified .
