This image contains news about the presentation of the Civil Code subject exams by first-year students in the presence of Judges of the Supreme Court, the Minister of Public Instruction and other respectable people at the Colegio M. de N. S. del Rosario in 1888. The subject is taught by a professor with knowledge of the legislation of South American countries, as well as France, Spain, Italy and the Louisiana Code. During the recitations of the articles, the professor discusses their origin, the various forms in which they are presented in modern codes, the discussions prior to their writing, the opinions of commentators, the rulings that have come to constitute jurisprudence, and the reasons behind them. led the drafters to include the solution that appears in the Code.

Esta imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la presentación de los exámenes de la materia de Código Civil por parte de los alumnos de primer curso en presencia de Magistrados de la Corte Suprema, el Ministro de Instrucción Pública y otras personas respetables en el Colegio M. de N. S. del Rosario en 1888. La materia se imparte por un profesor con conocimiento en legislaciones de países de América meridional, así como en Francia, España, Italia y el Código de Luisiana. Durante las recitaciones de los artículos, el profesor discute su origen, las diversas formas en que se presentan en los códigos modernos, las discusiones previas a su redacción, las opiniones de los comentaristas, las sentencias que han llegado a constituir jurisprudencia y los motivos que llevaron a los redactores a incluir la solución que aparece en el Código.
