The image contains news about the minutes of installation of the Assembly during October 1, 1879 and after its ordinary sessions were opened, citizen Figueredo was elected to the position of Secretary. On the other hand, Citizen Lobo Guerrero obtained the statutory majority and therefore the Assembly declared him elected as its President, while Mr. Fidolo González was elected for the position of First Vice President and Mr. Leopoldo Cervantes was elected for Second Vice President. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el acta de instalación de la Asamblea durante el 1 de Octubre de 1879 y abiertas sus sesiones ordinarias, se procede con la elección de ciudadano Figueredo en el cargo de Secretario. Por otra parte, el Ciudadano Lobo Guerrero obtuvo la mayoría reglamentaria y por lo tanto la Asamblea lo declaró electo su Presidente, mientras que para el cargo de Primer Vicepresidente fue electo el Señor Fidolo González y para Segundo Vicepresidente fue electo el Señor Leopoldo Cervantes.
