Undoubtedly, the commercial valuation of a tree is the quickest way to reach a value and be able to make an offer in the framework of servitude indemnity for projects considered to be of public utility, it is also a method that can be easily supported and sustained, since that in most of the national territory wood trade is recorded on board, on the part of the owner of the property, sometimes logging is the possibility of converting immediately the timber resource into cash, the problems stand out when the owner of the property and therefore of all its annexes such as trees, it finds that the benefit delivered by the tree goes beyond mere forestry use
