Resumen
The ASAB Faculty of Arts Self-Evaluation and Accreditation Coordination, along with its subcommittees for Performing Arts, Dance, Fine and Visual Arts, Musical Arts, and the Master of Arts Studies, invites the general community to participate in the artistic and academic event E2020: Creation from Home: Socializations of Research-Creation Processes by ASAB Graduates. For this event, we invite you to the virtual video launch and discussion "Charambuco pedaltiano" by Felipe Díaz Muñoz, a graduate of Musical Arts. Felipe Díaz Muñoz is a performer and composer from Piendamó, and holds a Master in Musical Arts from the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. He has worked professionally at the Universidad Nacional, and independently with the group Señales de Humo, the artistic duo GuaDual, and as a private instructor. He is also a candidate for a Master's in Colombian Music from Universidad El Bosque, where his thesis CHARAMBUCO PEDALTIANO was approved with a cum laude distinction. About his work: "Charambuco pedaltiano" is a research-creation project that experimented with playing the charango connected to pedals, using the bambuco patiano style, which is characteristic of the group Son de Capellanía, as an aesthetic reference. The project's results are presented through six original songs and are complemented by a written record.
