Abstract

The image contains a news item about Resolution Number 43 of 1895 by which a first loan is decreed in the city of Bogota, presented by the Minister of the Treasury and in which it is resolved that the individuals to whom a loan has been assigned or will be assigned in the future, who intend to consign rebates, apart from the prior and mandatory consignment of 25 percent of the amount indicated, must follow certain guidelines and leave the respective record of their compliance. Additionally, it is mentioned in the report that the Head of the Commission is obliged to be aware of and comply with the orders of each petition respectively, adding that he will also require all persons who have already made concessions, for which the Head of the Commission will make them appear in his office.
