Abstract

The image contains news about agreement number 13 of 1892, in which the construction and establishment of a public slaughterhouse in the city is proposed, the municipality of Bogotá will confer powers on Gutiérrez and Escobar, and they will be provided with the necessary data to establish the trial and defend the rights of the municipality, consequently during the trial the municipality of Bogotá will compensate Gutiérrez and Escobar for their services and a sum depending on the results of the trial, 3,000 pesos if the lawsuit is in favor of the municipality, 2,000 pesos if the trial ends by compromise or withdrawal of the municipality, after ruling in the first instance and 1,500 pesos if the trial ends by compromise or by withdrawal of the municipality before being pronounced the first instance ruling.
