Resumen
This work presents the design and implementation of a distributed database system applied to a mobile educational platform, with a focus on telematics engineering. The main objective is to ensure data availability, integrity, and consistency in an environment with multiple nodes, enabling efficient and fault-tolerant access. To achieve this, data replication and synchronization techniques were implemented, optimizing system performance and allowing it to operate under intermittent connectivity conditions. The distributed architecture used improves the scalability and reliability of the system, facilitating real-time access to information. Performance and fault-tolerance tests demonstrated that the system is capable of maintaining data consistency in various usage scenarios, validating its feasibility for telematics applications that require high availability and data redundancy. This approach represents a significant step forward in the development of distributed infrastructures for educational environments and other critical applications.
