Abstract

The image contains a news item about the Report of the accountant personero of the province of Bogotá in which matters are stipulated on that due to the duration in the stipulated position it is not possible for him to give a substantial report on the matters that concern him, however, he mentions that for the province of Bogotá the businesses would have been delayed and the reasons for such situation are unknown, therefore as personero he has proposed to solve such difficulties especially those related to the provincial Treasury.
