Resumen

One day we decided to abandon everything that belongs to us. We wanted to rescue us only the "we" and found (on the bank of a river Black1) we expected more than just settle in one place, discuss why be here and not there, where were the others, those who we are heirs. We made the decision to live and appropriating a space and then let it go. I choose as my research territory Tobia, Cundinamarca, where my family roots between sugarcane and enramadas2 are. I presented the relationship that has been my life for crops and trapiches3, the creation from the interpretation of a cultural heritage, giving the basis of my experience and hopes to build a common ground with those who have tried cane, sugar cane, the guarapo4 or chirrinche5. Delivery of a voluntary exile of my family, which distributes and sells the inheritance of the La Esperanza, sidewalk Cañaditas in Tobia. The land is fragmented, creating a property division, while fractionated home, exiling ways of being and doing in the idea of progress that is generated by the rapid economic development that capitalism requires. In this specific case I want to speak of a peasant community in general is abandoning the cultivation of sugarcane. I present the place they did an X-ray for you to know. Camera built with an interpretation, a view of the territory. The absence wondering: if the "no" becomes "no", "it ceased to exist", "is not there". So what do you do if it has spread all? How it is that one day abandon say what belongs to us? How we decide to fight over it?
