Decreto Nº 6

Abstract

The image contains news about a decree by which several preventions are made to the inhabitants of the city, it decrees: Article 1, gatherings of five or more people are prohibited on the streets or public roads of the city. The national police will dissolve such meetings, and those who resist their orders will be brought before the competent authority. Article 2: From this date, no one will be able to walk through the same streets after nine at night, the time when silence is observed, without permission from the military authority. Article 3: the owners of liquor stores, chicherias, etc. They will close their establishments at the same time and will not allow strangers to remain there. Article 4 Those who violate the provisions of this decree will be punished in accordance with the police laws as the case may be.
