| dc.description | El principal objetivo de esta investigación se centra en identificar la capacidad de innovación de las empresas productoras de software, por medio de la evaluación de la estrategia del negocio, los procesos y demás factores relevantes que son determinantes a la hora de analizar de las empresas. Con el propósito de alcanzar este objetivo, se establecieron preguntas en diferentes niveles para analizar la capacidad de gestión de la innovación y el desempeño del negocio de las empresas participantes. En lo correspondiente con la capacidad de gestión de la innovación se evalúa la estrategia de innovación, la cultura de la innovación, la gestión del ciclo de vida de la innovación y los factores facilitadores. Por otro lado, en relación con el desempeño de la compañía, se evalúan los resultados de innovación y el rendimiento del negocio. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this research is to identify the innovation capacity of software companies, through the evaluation of the business strategy, processes and other relevant factors that are decisive when analyzing companies. In order to achieve this objective, questions were set at different levels to analyze the innovation management capacity and the business performance of the participating companies. Regarding the innovation management capacity, the innovation strategy, the innovation culture, the life cycle management of innovation and the enabling factors are evaluated. On the other hand, in relation to the performance of the company, innovation results and business performance are evaluated. | spa |
