La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la reforma de la tarifa que arregla el decreto de alcabala que deben pagar los frutos y efectos del país en este cantón, acordada por el consejo municipal a virtud de providencia dictadas para ello en la gobernación de la providencia, en virtud de haber sido omitidos en la publicada en este periódico.
