The image contains news about the recognition of the Primate Archbishop of Colombia for his Christian and patriotic action in favor of the colonization of the regions of Caquetá and Putumayo. On the other hand, they recognize Mr. Francisco Javier Zaldúa for his lecture on patriotism and Christianity, condemning the Peruvian nation for its lost and ambitious behavior, criticizing the wandering tribes of the regions for their savagery and misery, and acting as a missionary to remember the legendary heroism of the soldiers and fathers of the country. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el reconocimiento del señor Arzobispo primado de Colombia por su acción cristiana y patriótica en pro de la colonización de las regiones del Caquetá y Putumayo. Por otra parte, reconocen al señor Francisco Javier Zaldúa por su conferencia acerca del patriotismo y cristianismo, condenar la nación peruana por su conducta perdida y ambiciosa, criticar a las tribus errantes de las regiones por su salvajez y miseria, y actuar de misionero para recordar la heroicidad legendaria de los soldados y padres de la patria.
