Abstract

Currently all companies and most homes must have internet service from any provider, being one of the most important parts of companies mainly because where employees and customers have a relationship and can transfer information of any kind quickly and reliably in most cases. In this way, it is very important to bear in mind that, if the internet service comes to present intermittences or cuts, the company will have difficulties and the work will not be carried out in the best way. Many times these failures are blamed on the service provider and many others on the end users; To solve this problem are network administrators who have the task of seeing the root cause of the problem and finding the best solution, for this, network monitoring tools have been developed that allow the engineer in charge to see the cause of the problem . These tools are well known in the telecommunications market, each with different characteristics, but in some cases they are chargeable for licenses and in other cases they are not available for all operating systems. Evidencing this problem, a technological solution is defined, where by means of information and communication technologies, a program can be carried out that allows the network administrator to carry out the monitoring in a fast way through a multiplatform software where graphics and real-time information on the state of the network will be taken into account, thus providing true and effective information and found the root of the problems that arise in order to provide a solution in the possible time.
