Resumen
This study focuses on the herborization and curation of bryophytes in the municipality of Sibaté, Cundinamarca, especially in strawberry cultivation areas disruptively established in paramo ecosystems, high Andean forest and surrounding the Muña reservoir, these have been affected by the deforestation and use of agrochemicals. Bryophytes, such as mosses, liverworts and hornworts, are considered indicators of environmental quality and could have resistance to pollution in addition to being a source for biocontrol in agrosystems. The herborization process includes collecting, drying and separating species, followed by the creation of a database with detailed information on location, taxonomy, conservation status, etc. The results indicate that in crops present in areas of paramo and high-Andean forest, the most abundant species are D. hilariana, P. juniperinum and M. polymorpha, while in areas near the Muña reservoir prevail B. coronatum and B. argenteum. A total of 286 samples were collected, with the majority belonging to the division Bryophyta. This work seeks to provide information for future research and promote the appropriation of scientific knowledge in local agricultural communities.
