The present degree work: Systematization of experiences: Coherence between pedagogical practices in primary and institutional educational project, during the implementation of relational education, in the Superior Normal School 3 of Ubaté in the period from January to August of the year 2018, It consists of four parts as follows: In the first part, it is intended to review in the first part, the theoretical references related to the Institutional Educational Project (PEI), from the standard that legislates and its purpose; the concept of educational innovation and its importance in educational institutions; and the Relational Education System (FRE) as an alternative for innovation. In the second part, the research route is established, which is a systematization of experiences that aims to publicize everything experienced in the Higher Normal School of Ubaté (ENSU) in relation to the implementation of an innovative pedagogical model. The third part begins with the systematization of the experience through the narration of the context and procedure of the development as such of it. Thus, in the fourth and last part, the systematization process ends with the practical or conceptual proposal that includes the analysis of matrices that are the result of the reading and identification of the PEI elements of the ENSU corresponding to Relational Education, which were incorporated into a matrix by levels of autonomy to be able to analyze the information found in the evidence.
