La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" En la tarde del 17 del presente encontraron entre la quebrada del puente de Ricaurte, los muchachos que hacen el aseo, un niño muerto debajo del puente. Lo vimos y por el desarrollo calculamos que tendría u mes de nacido. Estaba atado a una pequeña tabla. Estos hechos han generalizado en Bogotá ".
