The image contains news about the documents referring to the construction of a new slaughterhouse in Tresesquinas, addressed to the then president of the Municipal Council by the Central Hygiene Board. These documents detail considerations about the negative consequences of lack of hygiene in the slaughterhouse. Emphasis is placed on the need to comply with article 2 of municipal agreement number 17 of 1884 for the replacement of the slaughterhouse. In addition, the report of the commission in charge of examining the Tresesquinas site is presented, where a public slaughterhouse is planned to be established.

La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de los documentos referentes a la edificación de un nuevo matadero en Tresesquinas, dirigidos al entonces presidente del Consejo Municipal por parte de La Junta Central de Higiene. En estos documentos se detallan las consideraciones acerca de las consecuencias negativas de la falta de higiene en el matadero. Se hace hincapié en la necesidad de cumplir con el artículo 2 del acuerdo municipal número 17 de 1884 para la sustitución del matadero. Además, se presenta el informe de la comisión encargada de examinar el sitio de Tresesquinas, donde se planea establecer un matadero público.
