The image contains news about an Electoral College agreement in the City of Santafé, which was not previously the capital of New Granada, but due to its favorable characteristics it is considered suitable to be the seat of the General Body of the Nation. It is mentioned that disagreements between the Government of Cundinamarca and the General Government had previously prevented the latter from establishing itself in the city, but that peace and unity have allowed this decision to be reconsidered. The Electoral College sent a commission to invite the General Government and Congress to establish themselves in Santafé, as part of the efforts to foster peace and unity. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un acuerdo del Colegio Electoral en la Ciudad de Santafé, que antes no era la capital de la Nueva Granada, pero que debido a sus características favorables se considera apta para ser el asiento del Cuerpo General de la Nación. Se menciona que desavenencias entre el Gobierno de Cundinamarca y el Gobierno General habían impedido previamente que este último se estableciera en la ciudad, pero que la paz y la unión han permitido reconsiderar esta decisión. El Colegio Electoral envió una comisión para invitar al Gobierno General y al Congreso a establecerse en Santafé, como parte de los esfuerzos para fomentar la paz y la unión.
