La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la exposición anual que como presidente del consejo administrativo de la casa de refugio, instrucción y beneficencia de esta ciudad, en este informe indica que la casa de refugio no tiene todavía las rentas bastantes para merecer hallarse colocadas entre los institutos del primer orden de este genero, también se habla de las constantes reparaciones que se han realizado a el establecimiento por daños pequeños y mejorando los daños que generaban la falta de agua, se da por medio del informe el registro de los fondos del establecimiento.
