Resumen
The image contains a news item detailing the minutes of the sessions of November 11, 12, and 14, 1853, including the resignation of Deputy Otálora, who left his position as a member of the provincial Legislature, and the call for his substitute to replace him. The city council asked to annul article 3.0 of ordinance 59, but it was rejected. A project was discussed to authorize the purchase of the privilege of opening a bridle path in Guáduas, adjusting the amount for the ransom. In addition, the organization of judicial circuits was debated, rejecting the elimination of the Nocaima district from the Guáduas circuit. It was agreed to change the salaries of Judges and Secretaries. Governor-elect Pastor Ospina was informed about his election, expressing confidence in his future management. Two hours a day were allocated to work on the draft municipal Constitution, and one hour in the night sessions. Daytime sessions would be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and at night from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It was suggested that the Governor ask the contractors of the national road to Magdalena to repair the bridge over the Guáduas River. Finally, a debate began on the income organization project. News published in: El Repertorio on November 22, 1853.
