The image contains a news story about the permissiveness of municipal authorities towards gambling and bullfighting in Bogotá. The author argues that these activities are harmful to the morale and well-being of citizens and suggests that authorities should prohibit them; It is also argued against bullfighting because it is animal abuse that should not be accepted in any way. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre la permisividad de las autoridades municipales hacia los juegos de azar y las corridas de toros en Bogotá.
