La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un mensaje enviado por el señor Jorge Silva el cual es el contratista para el suministro de víveres de la casa de refugio, el cual expresa abiertamente que no puede continuar suministrando las raciones a la casa de refugio y cárceles de ambos sexos, debido a que sus deudas son muy altas y no se le ha podido presentar ningún tipo de ganancia con lo cual da un aviso para que se sirva a dictar rescindidas las contratas que celebré con la gobernación para el suministro de víveres de la misma casa de refugio, allí también se dejan claras las cantidades que debe y cuál es el motivo.
