The image presents a news about: "In the afternoon there will be a procession of Santa Librada from the church of San Juan de Dios to the Holy Cathedral. At night there will be general lighting in the city, which is expected from the patriotism of its inhabitants. At the hour of reveille there will be artillery salutes and there will be a general ringing of bells. A solemn mass will be celebrated in the Holy Cathedral. All the bodies of the garrison will form in the main square. Once the religious service is over, the statue of the liberator Simon Bolivar will be solemnly placed." La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" Por la tarde tendrá lugar la procesión de Santa Librada de la iglesia de San Juan de Dios a la Santa iglesia catedral. Por la noche habrá iluminación general en la cuidad lo cual se espera del patriotismo de sus habitantes. A la hora de diana se harán salvas de artillería y habrá repique general de campanas. Se celebrara una misa solemne en la Santa iglesia catedral.Formaran todo los cuerpos de la guarnición en la plaza mayor concluida la función religiosa se colocara solemnemente la estatua del libertador Simón Bolívar ".
