Resumen
The Legislative Assembly has debated several projects in this year's regular sessions. Among them are: the bill for the founding of the village of La Pastora, proposed by Fernando Aguilera, pending second debate; the bill that ratifies the agreement between the Executive Branch and Alejandro Mac Douall, introduced by Carlos Martin, rejected in the second debate on August 9; the electoral law bill, proposed by Ramon Rozo, pending second debate; the bill that repeals the law of July 1868, which grants exemptions to tapir growers, presented by Emiliano Restrepo, included in the direct tax law; the bill on the accounting of municipal income, proposed by Manuel Pardo Rájas, pending second debate; the draft decree that allows the Executive Branch to annul a contract with Bernardino Puerta and Ezequiel Mónica, introduced by Manuel Pardo Rójas, rejected in the first debate; the bill on the internal credit of the State; the bill on lazarettos, presented by Marcelino Liévano and Tomás María Contróras, pending second debate; the additional and reforming bill of the code, proposed by Emiliano Restrepo, pending second debate; the draft decree in memory of Colonel Reyes Vejarano, presented by Francisco de P. Rozo, pending second debate; the bill on civil registration, proposed by Francisco Useche, pending second debate; the additional bill to the Police Code, presented by Luis González Y, pending second debate; the bill that allows the Executive Branch to contract on agricultural education for young people, proposed by Federico Rívas, pending second debate; and the bill that determines. Regarding the administration of cemeteries, the project presented by Francisco de P. Canáles was rejected in the first debate; The draft decree to forgive a debt owed to Luis Mendoza, proposed by Francisco de P. Liévano, is awaiting the second debate; and the bill that reforms the law of August 1868, in accordance with attribution 5.2 of article 21 and article 59 of the State Constitution, presented by Gonzalo Gamba, Emiliano Restrepo E, Adolfo Tenorio, among others, was introduced on August 11 which has not been debated.
