Resumen
In this edition of "Tripulantes," the contestants Jefferson, Jeimy, Paola, Silvia, Lorena, and Diego address the troubling topic of theft, especially among young people. The crew, led by Captain Diego Guarín, embarks on a mission to recover a stolen part of their ship, which leads them to reflect on the causes and consequences of theft. Through testimonies from students at a Bogotá school who have experienced theft and discussions about the frustration, sadness, and helplessness that comes with being a victim of a crime, the program explores diverse perspectives. It debates whether prison helps thieves change, whether thefts can ever end, and how both the thief and the victim feel. The program presents the South African practice of "Saoabona" as a possible solution in schools, where the community surrounds those who make a mistake to remind them of all their virtues, thus seeking to reconnect them with their essence. Ultimately, the crew dreams of a world without theft, where trust and peace prevail, leaving a message of hope and reflection on the importance of empathy and unity in combating this social problem.
