Abstract

The program focuses on the formation of a political alliance in the department of Putumayo, made up of the Partido de la U, the Partido Liberal and the Polo Democrático Alternativo. The motivations behind this alliance and the expectations for the next elections are analyzed. Unification of forces: The importance of uniting political forces to achieve greater representation in Congress and improve public management in the department is highlighted. Objectives of the alliance: The candidates of the alliance present their objectives, among which are the search for peace, the development of the department and the improvement of the quality of life of citizens. Criticisms of traditional politics: Traditional political practices are questioned and a new model based on transparency, citizen participation and the search for the common good is proposed. Citizen participation: Citizens are invited to actively participate in political processes and to consciously elect their representatives.
