Resumen
"Unit 7-4A" is a creation-interpretation project that arises from the desire to scenically manifest the phenomenon of burnout and chronic fatigue in contemporary society. Inspired by the philosophical critique of Byung-Chul Han, the work develops the monologue "Unit 7-4A", which observes self-exploitation through three dimensions of the same subject: She Robot (obedience), She Memory (vulnerability) and She Revolutionary (critical consciousness). The work deals with the story of Amalia, a woman supplanted by a unit of production and imprisoned for her inefficiency. Its resistance lies in the exercise of affective memory over sensory fragments - such as the smell of coffee or the sound of a sewing machine - that the system tries to purify because it considers them unproductive. The central finding of the research is the postulating of pain and fatigue as tests of humanity and the claim of slowness as a political act of resistance in the face of the performance imperative.
