Estructuración de un laboratorio de pruebas redes inalámbricas LAN con énfasis en Wi-Fi 6 para la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.

Abstract

The internship was conducted with the research group LIDER on the Faculty of Engineering, Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. The objective was improving the teaching and research process through a framework and standardization of tools that strength the studies in the environment of the wireless communications as LAN. That, under standards Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6, as well as definitions of proof protocols, definitions of interoperability between those standards, studies of spectrum and pollution of the band which they operate and apply. The project wants to facilitate a tool frame that help teaching the evaluation of the design problem and management of spectral pollution in different close environment of community use, maintaining adequate levels of service, quality and security required for the correct use according to the market and user requirements. Thus, demonstrate that the use of latest technology equipment facilitates tools for a better teaching of the design methodologies, areas of zoned coverage such as university headquarters, research groups, research hotbeds and extension programs (ej. Red RITA).
