La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de Que segun el §.° 7,0 del articulo 191 de la lei de 19 de mayo de 1834 los derechos de pago deben invertirse única i (SIC) esclusivamente en la reparacion, conservacion i (SIC) mejora de obras que los han producido i de sus semejantes.
Deseoso de proveer a la reparacion, conservación i (SIC) mejora de los caminos del circuito municipal, sobre los que se cobra un impuesto de peaje.
