Resumen
This section of the Voces y Regiones program features an interview with a rural woman, who discusses the right of women to land ownership and their recognition as key workers in rural areas. The interviewee emphasizes the importance of access to land, not only as a place to live but also as a means to develop productive projects that contribute to the well-being of their communities. She refers to Law 1448 of 2011 in Colombia, known as the Victims and Land Restitution Law, which ensures access to and restitution of land for victims of the armed conflict, highlighting the crucial role of women in this process. Finally, she underscores the need for women's empowerment across all social sectors, stressing that active participation of women is essential for building a more equitable and just society.
