The picture contains a note about the contracts of January 12th and May 1st of this year concerning the lease of the Theatre, concluded between that management and Messrs. Enrique Zimmermann and José Ughetti, and in none of them a paid guarantor has been required, not only to answer for the rent of said building, but to answer for damages caused by negligence, etc. News published in the Diario Registro Municipal. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de los contratos del 12 de Enero y 1° de Mayo del corriente año sobre arrendamiento del Teatro, celebrados entre esa Gerencia y los señores Enrique Zimmermann y José Ughetti y en ninguno de ellos se ha exigido fiador abonado, no sólo para responder de la renta de dicho edificio, sino para responder de los daños que se causaren por descuido, etc. Noticia publicada en el Diario Registro Municipal.
