Resumen
In the fifth-year process of the Superior Academy of Arts of Bogotá, it is proposed to carry out two productions, the first in which a national director is invited and the second, where the invited director is an international director, so that the students of this year have the opportunity to confront their tools and disciplinary elements provided by the academy in previous semesters. The first production of the fifth-year student group in 2012 was: The Pink Wedding of Rosa Rosas written and directed by Hugo Eliodoro Afanador. In 2013, the second production of this group, which we will discuss in this document, was directed by the Chilean teacher and director, Marcelo José Islas. Considering the director's background, he proposed that the fifth-year students explore the question: What does it mean to love someone?, using as a pre-text the book Fragments of a Loving Discourse by the French philologist Roland Barthes. Although the final production was not the Afaithful reproduction of the texts from Fragments of a Loving Discourse, it is indeed the subtraction of the perceptions of human relationships proposed by the author. This work aims to conceptualize the process undergone by the actress in her final year of studies, in order to become aware of her work on stage and the tools she has acquired as an acting student up to this point, which she has had to explore and remember during this montage process to create, in this case, her score that will lead her to bring a character to life through her experiences as a human being and an individual; questioning whether she has truly been in love or not and what it means to love someone.
