Resumen
This image contains news about the district's primary education council, which will be made up of five members appointed by the municipality in the first 15 days of December of each year. On the same date, five substitute members will be appointed to replace the regular members in case of temporary or permanent absence. Members will serve for one year beginning January 1, when the new council will be installed. The municipality will also appoint, in the same period, the superintendent of the city schools, who will receive a salary assigned by the council and paid with public instruction funds. The superintendent must ensure its management with a bond of $1000, whether mortgage or personal, to the satisfaction of the council, which will accept the corresponding document. In addition to his other duties, the superintendent must present a report on the movement of public instruction and its income annually in June. This report will be sent in July by the president of the council to the municipality. News published in the newspaper s.p.i, June 10, 1884.
