Abstract

The document presents the self-referential research process conducted by three students of the Specialization, an emotional and affective strengthening was sought from the analysis of their ovarian cycle. The methodology for achieving this goal was carried out through four laboratories that fostered emotional and affective experiences. In one of the laboratories was designed the instrument of self-observation and monitoring of the menstrual cycle called menstrual diary, that introduces those subject to the observation and recording of their ovarian phases in the light of their emotional affectations. Research makes it possible to draw different contributions to the field of knowledge of affective and emotional development in women and, their impact on the body and the production of senses around the health and well-being of women in culture and society.
